I've been a little bit stressed lately. Okay, really stressed. Life is crazy!
One of my favorite things to do when I'm feeling edgy is sit down and scrap. It's not always easy to find the time or energy, but when I do it, I always feel better. I think it has to do with thinking about something aside from life's stresses, and letting my logical, organized, trying-to-be-supermom side of my brain rest while my happy-go-lucky creative side takes over. I'm telling you, it's therapeutic.
Here's what I did tonight:
I used my newest kit and a picture that was taken on an afternoon with my mom and two of my sisters. Great memories, soothing black and white, and a fun challenge means that I feel pretty good.
Oh, the challenge! I decided to work on a challenge from The Digi Dares-- they always come up with such great ideas that really get the wheels turning. I loved this week's challenge and had great night of scrap therapy. :)
